2. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment. All course fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Payment plans are available for qualifying students.

3. Academic Integrity

Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation may result in course termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Plush Pathways and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Course Access and Completion

Course access is provided for the duration specified in the course description plus 3 months after completion. Extensions may be available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plush Pathways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
